The ‘outrage’ is because you’re Directly Over the Target. They’re both the same. The spontaneous outrage is equal to the possessed having to see the Crucifix and be splattered with Holy Water. Those ‘triggered’ have no standing to pose Pharisee-like Gotcha Questions.

‘…People are offended’ because they have to endorse anti-pope Montini’s judeo-masonic religious liberty, because novus ordites love giving and receiving false human respect. Which is the satanic incense that goes with giving all those triple doubles of incense to the declarations of the rights of man, written by Thomas Jefferson that finally had found their way into the visible structure of the Catholic Church; taken into Eclipse and Interregnum in 1958 after the death of the last true Pope, Pius XII.

The article on V2 religious liberty is very thorough and well thought out..... and true. The effects of the religious liberty / [false] ecumenical efforts of V2 are far and wide. Most V2 Catholics believe you can get to Heaven via some other church, and that all nice dogs go the Heaven. Yay. And these folks get angry if you take away their rose colored glasses.

I don’t think the problem is ideological thinking but rather egocentric thinking. Most people refused to believe that most men could be deceived about important things like this.

They don’t understand how weak and feeble the human intellect is and that most men are very easily deceived. Our capacity for knowledge and reasoning is very limited compared to that of our enemies, the fallen angels driving all of this.

Yes. Although you could argue our *wills* are stronger than the fallen angels.

Many good Catholics understand that the Church is perennially preserved from teaching ANY error in regards to faith and morals. As such, they, believing that V2 is Catholic and the hierarchs who promote it are likewise Catholic, they honestly believe that DH must be true, and cannot be doing what you prove it is. I have been in discussions like this before, and that is their motivation. It was mine, at one point.

However, after reading many holy popes, particularly in regards to this issue (and extra Ecclesia nula salus), as well as the Church's Magisterium on heretics, I realized that it is, at least theoretically possible, that a hierarch, indeed a whole "council" of hierarchs, could all deviate from the Faith, and thus would not act as the Church. As such, they are not prevented from teaching error. They are, as Pope Gregory XVI says, a merely human institution. The V2 sect is just that.

Thank you so very much for this powerful reminder that the truths of the Catholic Church come neither from Satan nor from Man, but from God alone. It is why everything to do with VII is an abomination that must be destroyed.

I see the two tiered structure of the catholic laity frequently as many live in fear or confusion, neither of which are God's will. Many are in total denial that anything is wrong at all which borders on willful blindness. Are we faithful Catholics called to try to convert these lost catholics back to the true faith of the Traditional Church, or leave them to their own devices?

I’m reading this series of articles in reverse chronological order, as the most recent installment piqued my interest enough to go back and read the rest of them (so apologies if this comment is monotonous), but I was amazed that anyone could object to this self-evident statement

“There is no coherent reason to deny that this liberty extends to polytheists, Satanists, or any other false cult; the alleged right pertains to all men, not to the religions themselves.”

I’d have thought the 1986 interfaith worship service at Assisi (at which were gathered representatives from cults as absurd as thumb-worshippers -no typo-), presided over by a (putative) pope proved the point definitively.

Your summary regarding the “two types of men” is surely the explanation for resistance to the obvious. The cure to this second type of man is to expose him to truth gradually, that over time his disposition may be more receptive. The tranquil tone so characteristic of WM Review articles greatly facilitates that process, and is one of the things I most appreciate about this website.
